Bluebird Estates was a nice place. The grounds were beautiful, but it felt too confined for me. I want something bigger. They have an apartment, but I could not afford it. I had lunch there, and the food was really nice. For activities, they had somebody come in for entertainment, exercise, and dancing.
We liked Quail Run Estates a lot. The people there were very helpful and informative. The facilities were very nice. The apartments were in great shape, new, and well kept. The dining room was nicely set up with four tables, almost like in a restaurant. There were waitresses that bring the food to the table so that was very nice. People sit with their friends, and it looked like a very nice community. It's the one that we liked the most because of the parking that they provide. The pricing was pretty reasonable, and the fact that they work with folks' income was nice.
Bluebird Estates was very nice. I liked the layout of the apartments a little bit better than in other places. The staff was very good, helpful, and accommodating. They're just not as flexible with folks who have a car. They offered a conference room for folks who wanted to have a party, and I thought that was very nice.
The only place I visited was Quail Run Estates. The experience was awesome and very informative. The facility was beautiful and had wonderful units that would be great for my husband and me. The person that showed us around was very informative and has since called me to see how we were doing and so forth. The apartments were very clean, very well kept up, and had everything you need. The atmosphere was very friendly. The food was very good. They had many programs that you could get involved in. The only thing I didn’t see was a community garden where people could put up a couple of tomato plants or something.
We toured Bluebird Estates. The area is very good, very clean, and had a lot of amenities to offer. The staff was attentive and friendly. We had dinner there, and the food was very good, very well prepared, and came with a good variety. The rooms were very nice and updated. They had a lot of services, like movie nights and singing entertainers come in, plus cards, pool, and lots of trips.
We toured Quail Run Estates. Its rooms were a little dated, but it’s still a good place with an interesting layout almost like a little village. Parking is a little bit of a challenge, though. I felt that the staff was not as attentive as the other community we’ve visited. Overall, our first impression was very good.
