The Preserve at Palm Aire is very lovely and nice. They have nice apartments, good dining hours, a pool, and great staff. I enjoyed being there. The residents are a little bit older than me and not quite as active. The food is very good and very restaurant-like. They have a lot of activities with something going on all the time.
The overall experience at The Preserve at Palm-Aire was excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The physicians on-site are thorough and have been very helpful to my mom in giving her some good guidance with regard to some of the issues that she has. There are a lot of good activities and a lot of opportunities to socialize. It's very clean. The food is not tops, but it's pretty good. She's very happy there.
We looked at the Conservatory, and it was very good. The rooms were a little bit smaller, but otherwise this could have been our third choice. It was a little bit older, but it was very nice, and they were very friendly.
My parents are at Discovery Village at Sugarloaf. The place is really clean. They have a housekeeper that comes to their cottage weekly. As far as the place itself, they are renovating now. My parents are in independent living cottage and they also get assisted living and Alzheimer's care. That is the reason why they chose that community in the beginning because they felt like there was a continuum of care and they would not have to move anymore. But then when the new ownership came to place, a lot of the old employees that they knew left.
Regency Pointe is a nice place but more expensive compared to where my mom is now. The location is good, and the place is clean, spacious, and pretty nice-looking. The room is nice, adequate, and has a full kitchen with a full stove and everything. The building itself is newer compared to where Mom is staying right now.
Aston Gardens at the Courtyard is a nice place. We went there for a visit and saw that it's more upscale compared to the other place we visited. Their activity center was very nice. They also had a nice, large conference area for seminars. Their grounds and the whole building was well kept.
My aunt and uncle are living in Aston Gardens in a large apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a little kitchen, and a nice living room with the bay window. It is a very well-managed, pleasant place. They have a beautiful dining room where they eat their meals. There's a beautiful foyer when you walk in, and everything is always spotless. They offer up to three-bedroom apartments and have multitude of activities for people, including trips. They have a schedule so the residents can come out to do things and not hibernate in their rooms. They can stay there for the reset of their lives if they want to.
My uncle decided that he wanted to go the Conservatory because they have a garage for his car. The staff and the facility is all A+. He is happy there, and that's all that matters. He likes the happy hour. The staff is wonderful and doing their job well and are very kind and courteous. They go above and beyond.
Discovery Village was very nice, and I liked it. They had two-bedrooms that gave me a very good impression. The people were nice, and the residents seemed to be content. They had all kinds of activity that they list every day on the board. The dining area was very nice.
Arriving at The Preserve at Palm Arie feels relaxed and pleasent. The scenery is colorful and tropical. The administrative and nursing staff is professional and informative. It's important to them to stay current on ways to maintain the longevity of the seniors. The facility itself is maintained well and cleaned. The activities keep the seniors active and knowledgeable on how to have an healthy lifestyle. The food is average and could be more flavorful.

Upon arriving at Preserve At Palm Aire in Pompano Beach, Fl. I was greeted by Lisa, the pleasant receptionist at the front desk. She introduced me to Sharon, the Marketing Coordinator. Sharon was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and took me on a tour of a 1 bedroom that she explained could be personalized with the resident’s own furniture. The model 1 bedroom was bright, airy, clean, and inviting. As we continued the tour Sharon addressed every senior we encountered by name. All areas we passed through were clean and clutter free. The community had just been recently renovated and they did a spectacular job. I give this property a five on their excellent staff!
The quality of food has greatly improved since I posted in June 2015. The facility now has a new chef & he has even asked the residents for suggestions of what they would like to eat. My friend has said that everyone she knows now likes the meals; what a relief. Also in assisted living the staff (CNA's & nurses) monitor/check on the residents to make sure they are okay.
The staff here is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made sure all my questions were answered and that I fully understood everything before I left. The facility is decorated nicely and cleaned up well. The chef must've been cooking up a masterpiece, because it smelled amazing once I got back towards the kitchen. The room were nicely proportioned. I was shocked at the price online, but you will get your money's worth out of this place.
When touring this community I was taken away by the beautiful landscaping and the overall modern and luxurious look of the community. The staff are ready to provide excellent customer service to everyone. The residents are happy smiling and extremely active. They have a full calendar of events, which involves onsite activities and outings. The activities are very active and fitness inspired such as yoga, Tai Chi, and swimming classes. This community is definitely for the independent active seniors, however home health agencies are resources used to assist residents if needed. The menu has a variety of options and accommodations for the residents. The apartments are spacious and upgraded. Overall this community is a good active senior community.
Conservatory of Champion Forest is a beautiful facility located in Spring, Texas. It is in close proximity and walking distance of a park and country club. This facility is well-equipped with all of the extras to make your senior living experience spectacular.
The property is well-maintained, clean, and open. Upon arriving, there were three women sitting outside enjoying the weather. Also, there were residents walking and biking around the property. The staff were friendly and immediately greeted me when I entered the facility. I ate lunch at the facility. My choice was a salad, but there were many options available. The residents were served by staff and were assisted as necessary.
I was very pleased with the social and activity options at The Conservatory. There are a variety of activities from game days to parties that fulfill a myriad of social needs. The facility is equipped with a workout/rehab room, and staff are available for assistance. Residents are seen living active lives. One of the residents was on her way to a pool activity. This facility is definitely for the active senior.
Transportation is available, at an extra charge, for seniors who request it. There are shops nearby, but not everything is in walking distance. There were three banks, a park, a few restaurants, and other entertainment nearby. So, if you choose this facility, keep in mind that transportation may be needed in some circumstances.
The Conservatory of Champion Forest is high end living. There are venues available on property for entertaining and hosting. There is no need for a senior to sit idle here. Activities on and off site and the option of personal guests allow for a home like environment with entertaining at your fingertips. Residents here are active, active, active. This facility if perfect for extraverted people who want the comfort of home and the connection of a community, while receiving the safety of an assisted living environment.
This facility is upscale, clean, and comfortable. The staff is on call 24 hours a day, and they are friendly and caring. Most of the staff I encountered were smiling and happy to assist. This is a great property.
Noble Village at Sugarloaf is a phenomenal building, it resembles a first class sky resort and is very large in size. The community houses both independent, assisted and memory care residents. The care at this community continues to need improvement. Ownership for this building has changed so one can hope that with the new ownership staffing and care concerns will decrease. There is a high turn over in the care department for this community and while under the previous leadership the community did not have an official Executive Director to handle operations and care concerns. The memory care neighborhood is small and does not provide a lot of opportunity for residents to walk around the community. In the past there were issues with the security of the door leading to memory care with a couple of memory care residents being able to exit their neighborhood and entering the unsecured assisted living neighborhood. The community is pet friendly so if you have a pet you want to bring as long as they meet certain requirements, you can bring your pet to live in the community with you. The food is delicious southern cuisine but the activities are mediocre at best. The new leadership in place provides promise that care concerns will be corrected timely and has an open door policy. I would recommend this community but extensive family oversight and involvement in resident care would be required.
I love the area that Conservatory at Champions is located in, it's close to everything! As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by pleasant knowledgeable staff. Everyone seemed very personable and caring. The food smelled wonderful and all of the living spaces that I saw were clean, decorated, and some sitting areas for visiting. I also had a chance to talk some of the leadership staff and they were wonderful in terms of being passionate about the car of their patients.
This community definitely has the "it factor" with the wonderful landscaping and perfect service. The staff have excellent customer service and they take the time to understand the needs of the residents. The apartments are like luxury with nice upgrades. They have the best activities which are entertaining and focused on social development. This community provides a good quality of life for the active residents especially with their wellness resources. The food is tasty and also optional. This community is great for active seniors.
If you want to be a part of a great place to live and work. Please go and see what all the chit chat is about. It will be well worth your time and it will make you feel at home. Great staff and great residents live here. They have a wonderful place to enjoy your home away from home. You will feel at peace and get what you need while living there. If you are in the area please stop by.
Aston Gardens offers independent and memory care options. It is conveniently located close to Tampa, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar and Dunedin. A variety of floor plans, views and locations within the property are available. Onsite and offsite activities abound! Casual and more formal dining options are available. The clubhouse and grounds are well-maintained. The common areas in each apartment building are showing a bit of wear.
