Benchmark facility was nice and the people that work there seemed nice too. It seemed very clean and they had lots of activities available for the residents. The food smelled good, although I didn’t try it. The person that I spoke with, Louise was very knowledgeable about Nashua Crossings. She really went out of her way to understand the needs and requirements of our family member. She gave us a very solid tour and she followed up with me several times after the visit to see if there was any additional information we needed or if we have any questions. She offered me a lot of advice about senior care and things to consider during the decision making process. They have a van that goes out several times a week to bring the residents to doctor offices.
