Atria Lady Lake brings a new approach to assisted living in The Villages region of central Florida. Featuring a wide range of amenities and stylish apartments featuring granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, you can retire in comfort.
My mother lives in Atria Meridian. It's a very upscale facility, with a hair salon, physical therapy, pool, shuffleboard, and all kinds of activities for the residents at all times. They offer one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. If you get ill, you can go to the skilled living center, which is right in the building but in a different wing. The pricing is good. I can't believe that she lives in such a good place, but it's more reasonable. The staff is very friendly. When I go on vacation and visit my mother, they have guest rooms where families can rent. You get your three meals included for $100 a day so you don't have to find a hotel room when you're visiting your family member. They always have a room for me. They have laundry facilities on every floor, a library, and computer room.
The activity’s director at Atria Park of Lake Forest was nice and took us around the place. They basically had three levels of memory care, which none of the others I saw really had. The place is nice. We toured the memory care, and it was OK, but it did not inspire anything in me. The staff was nice and professional.
Atria and its people were very nice. It was clean and big. The room was near the pool and had a patio. They had a fancy dining room. The assisted living cost more, and they take residents to dinner and activities.
Atria Evergreen Woods is really a gem and has more lively people. They have restaurant menus, and you can eat anything at any time of the day. You can have hotdogs, hamburgers, and salads. They always had two entrees and would ask the people what they would like on the menu. They had air-conditioning units in the rooms, bingo, a hot tub, a huge fenced-in pool, and absolutely beautiful and well-maintained grounds. Everybody used a walker. They all seemed to be more alive there. I was never depressed when I went there. There wasn't anything there that we didn't love.
I went to Atria in Hudson. Everything about it was superb. If my parents had been able to afford it, it would be a place that I would happily have them living in. Atria was wonderful. They were amazing, understanding, and accommodating. They have everything that you would want, like a gymnasium and a wonderful restaurant area. You can go to movies, go shopping, and go to the doctor. They had entertainment there on a regular basis and an active activity department so that everybody is socialized as best as possible. I was very impressed. Atria gave me all these delicious brownies to take home. That was a nice customer service courtesy that they did as well.
Atria was nice and pleasant. Some of the rooms didn’t have a lot of comfortable-looking furniture and looked a little cold. It’s a beautiful place. The dining room was nice. The staff was very pleasant and very informative.
Atria Park of Baypoint Village is very good. I like the size of the units and the residents' caring attitude. The food is very good. They have a lot of musical performances, games, and shopping trips, plus a store and hairdresser on-site.
A good environment with supportive team members and a close knit community. Restaurant styled food with a variety of options. Staff members are accommodating and extremely patient. They are very attentive to the needs of each resident. Smaller community and home like environment where management is very responsive to the needs of the family members and holds high ethical standards. The facility is a locked unit as this aids those who are prone to wandering off site.
This is a very nice luxury community. There is a floor plan available for everyone. They have single rooms without kitchens, two bedroom, two bath apartments with full kitchens and everything in between. The amenities are impressive, I love the Pool house and pool area. It also is in a convenient location off hwy 50 and close to the mall, restaurants and doctors. They have parking available for seniors who drive. This is a good choice for seniors of all ages and activity levels. Maybe not for the very sick unless you can have supportive services come in such as hospice.
Great community. They have a nice mix of residents from younger to older and couples and singles. Most residents love it there. They have a beautiful pool house. The residents have both internal activities and opportunity for going out on the residents van. They have a great chef and anytime dining if you miss a meal in the dining room. The facility has a ski lodge vibe which is unique for Florida. It may not be the best choice for a single senior who is 100% confined to a non-electric wheelchair or is blind. The facility is very large and can be intimidating. Their nursing care is limited.
It is a beautiful community. Great for couples and singles. Food is like dining in a fine restaurant. Something about the community reminds me of a luxury cruise ship but with full size apartments. There is always residents out and about participating in activities or just socializing. They have a community bus that will take residents shopping or to appointments. The only downside is that it is probably not for the senior who needs the highest level of care. They have nursing but are not a nursing home.
My mother-in-law has lived at Atria San Pablo for almost 5 years, during which time she moved from assisted living to the memory care wing. The staff worked closely with our family to make sure the transition was a smooth one for her, and for us! We look forward to the fun social events, weekly live music, and Christmas carriage ride. But the best thing about Atria is the close knit atmosphere created by the director and her staff. The residents and their families are cared for with love and respect.
I think this is a wonder place for your family member. The people are great, helpful and caring. I hope someday my father-in-law will come here. My husband and I both agree that this will be the place we will go when the times comes. Very nice, clean and well taken care of. The rooms are so nice, each with it's own screened in porch. Lovely grounds and surroundings with a screened in swimming pool and a lovely clubhouse. Every month the calendar is booked with lots of activities so there's no reason not to enjoy yourself. I can't say enough nice things about this place. As far as the food goes, there's plenty of food to eat all day long and into the evening. They have a chef there preparing the food, so they make sure it's things you like to eat. All I can say is go see it for yourself, you'll be amazed how nice it!
