<p>Located a few blocks from the shores of Lake Michigan in Northern Milwaukee, Home Share North House seniors live in an active neighborhood near lots of amenities. Several places of worship are within 10 minutes of the community, along with shopping, dining and entertainment options along North Green Bay Avenue. </p>
<p>Home Share North Shore House is an assisted living community that provides help with daily living activities like getting dressed and bathing, while promoting an otherwise independent lifestyle. Diabetic care and memory care are available at this location, and caregivers handle care coordination tasks such as calling doctors or scheduling therapies, as needed. Skilled nursing care is also available as seniors need more help. </p>
<p>The landscaped grounds offer residents a place to explore outside in peace and safety. Meals are served three times daily and home-cooked on the premises with input from residents. Social, entertaining and educational activities fill out the daily schedule, encouraging seniors to stay fit and active. </p>

<p>The goal of Lincoln Terrace is to meet residents' emotional and social needs in a secure, noninstitutionalized setting. This Class CS-licensed, eight-bed facility accommodates ambulatory and semiambulatory individuals, and those who have mild dementia, developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. Its 24-hour compassionate staff members have first aid, medication administration and emergency response training, and are supervised by a full-time registered nurse. Residents may also benefit from doctor's visits, pharmacy and mobile laboratory services, and referrals for medical and financial matters.</p>
<p>Designed as an accessible and comfortable environment, Lincoln Terrace promotes the independence and dignity of its residents. This two-level home offers private and semiprivate accommodations, and semiambulatory individuals are accommodated in the first-floor rooms. The facility's dietitian-designed meal program promotes healthy eating, and daily activities are offered for recreation and socialization. Hair and nail services are available during on-site barber/beautician visits. </p>

<p>Progressive Caring LLC is a memory care provider with highly trained staff who provide assistance for seniors struggling with memory issues as well as those who have mobility troubles that make day-to-day tasks a challenge. Available 24/7, trained caregivers handle behavioral issues, aggression and exit-seeking behaviors, helping residents feel safe and comfortable by providing a calming, stable and familiar environment. Insulin monitoring, injections and other medication reminders are offered. A doctor is on call, and residents can receive services from a visiting podiatrist as well as speech, physical and occupational therapists.</p>
