Account Executive

Account Manager - Seattle, WA

We are looking for a talented account manager to help us deliver top-notch service to our growing base of senior living company customers. Your responsibilities will be to enhance our relationships with key business leaders from our customer base and ensure they are highly satisfied with our services. Your efforts will be critical to enable us to grow our business with them. The successful candidate will build on-going strategic relationships, manage customer on-boarding, analyze and share key data, ensure our leads and service are of exceptional quality, and respond to customer requests. Most of all, to succeed you will need to win the hearts and minds of our customers by connecting with customers, providing strong insight for them and great service.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to support and grow their business with us
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our senior living customers: handle client questions, account changes, general inquiries
  • Ensure a smooth path for “on-boarding” new customers – getting key information, answering questions, ensuring all systems are properly working
  • Oversee customer billing and reporting
  • Contribute to company standards of high customer satisfaction and lead quality

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of account management or account-based customer service experience required
  • Senior care industry experience and/or online media experience preferred
  • Must have a desire to help people and serve them well
  • Computer savvy- must be able to navigate the internet with ease
  • Professional manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Personable: able to build strong personal relationships with ease
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Needs to be a motivated, self starter who can work independently. Strong time management/prioritization skills are a must.
  • BA/BS Degree required

Account Executive - Seattle, WA

We are looking for an outstanding Account Executive to help the company achieve significant growth. You will be responsible for generating new business from senior living companies by building strong relationships with key decision makers, communicating the value of working with SeniorHomes.com, and negotiating and closing the sale. This is a critical role to the long-term success of the company, and the right candidate must be able to work in a start-up environment to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting monthly and quarterly customer acquisition targets
  • Negotiate and close deals at favorable terms with a variety of customers and agencies, including large, publicly-traded senior living companies
  • Determine the unique needs of each prospect and customize business solutions for them
  • Learn key customer insights and share with the rest of team to help to improve our product offering, messaging and sales strategies
  • Impact customer retention, and generate additional business, by ensuring high-quality, post-sale service

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of four years sales/account executive/business development experience in online media/advertising, lead generation or related sales role
  • Demonstrated history of success in exceeding quotas and strong record as a deal-maker in a competitive environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively and professionally across all levels of an organization
  • Passion for selling and closing business deals over the phone
  • A hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves executor who also operates effectively as a team member
  • A motivated, self-starter who can work independently in a start-up environment
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written & interpersonal
  • BA/BS Degree
