At Clare Bridge of Brookfield, we have a program called Daily Moments of Success, which is designed to offer encouragement and hope to our residents. Because our residents are dealing with memory loss, we have designed our community so that it easy for them to get around. An enclosed courtyard keeps residents from getting lost outside of our community, while large, circular paths lead them to areas of activity so that they never feel isolated or lost.

When the weather is warm, our residents can get fresh air and light exercise in our courtyard and gardening areas. We also offer a family room where residents can meet with guests to visit and reminisce. To prepare for these visits, we even operate an on-site beauty salon and barbershop so residents can start the day looking their best.

At Clare Bridge of Brookfield, our professional staff are always on hand to assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, medication support and continence management. A licensed nurse is also always on call in case of emergency.

We provide nutritious meals and snacks to our residents. Our menu is created under the guidance of a nutritionist and is specially formulated to meet the dietary needs of seniors.
