Our on-site library is stocked with a wide variety of reading materials, and can be that perfect spot for relaxing with a good book. Events and gatherings of all sorts are held at Sun Terrace Prosser in our activity room, and seniors can enjoy our regularly scheduled exercise programs, off-site trips, book groups, shopping excursions, live entertainment and more.

Available Services

As a part of the services we provide, all residences receive regular housekeeping, trash removal and personal laundry cleaning. Assisted living residents receive monthly wellness checks from our licensed, on-staff nurse, and trained staff members are available 24 hours a day to provide assistance. These helpful services can include assistance with medication management, personal hygiene, dressing, ambulation and other activities of daily life.

While staying at Sun Terrace Prosser, residents have the opportunity to travel to other Regency Pacific communities for one week at no extra cost. Available destinations include Hawaii and San Diego.
