Patriots Glen is a warm and welcoming community that provides independent living, assisted living and memory care. We are fairly small, which allows us to really get to know our residents and their families, and build trust and a sense of security. And since we offer the highest acuity of care available in assisted living in the Bellevue area, our residents can age in place and be assured that as they need additional care, we can provide it to them. Our nurses and caregivers treat each resident with respect, dignity and compassion, no matter what level of care they require.

features for socializing, dining and entertaining. Accommodations are provided in studio and one-bedroom floor plans equipped with private baths, kitchens or kitchenettes, and emergency call systems that are monitored 24 hours a day.
Each day, three meals are prepared fresh by our community Chef and served restaurant-style in the dining room. Residents that wish to keep in touch with family and friends can stay connected through our community computer in the activity room and via Wi-Fi. Regular activities at our community include weekly outings, movies, games, live music, daily fitness programs and Bible studies.

Each resident at Patriots Glen receives a personal service plan,
designed to provide quality care to everyone. We also regularly review and update these plans as our residents’ needs change, and our low staff-to-resident ratio ensures that assistance is always available.
