Faerland Terrace is owned and operated by Merrill Gardens, a family company that has been committed to providing an alternative to traditional retirement housing since 1993. As a resident-focused company, we strive to provide the best in retirement community living by supporting independence, individuality, privacy and the decision-making abilities of our residents.

Featured Amenities

Whether relaxing comfortably in their spacious apartments or chatting with friends in our comfortable common areas, residents of Faerland Terrace enjoy modern furnishings and plentiful amenities. They are welcome to park their cars in our reserved garage or hop on our private shuttle service to get to and from appointments and other errands.

Hot meals are available in our community dining room throughout the day with our exclusive Anytime Dining program. Residents may choose what and when to eat, just like they did in their own homes. A private dining room may also be reserved when entertaining visiting family and friends.

Available Services

To ensure our residents are receiving the care and support they need to live active and independent lives, our team of licensed nurses and professional caregivers are on site 24 hours a day. We provide assistance with life’s daily activities including medication management and diabetes care. Physicians also make on-site visits twice a month.

For added comfort and convenience, our staff take care of the housekeeping and linen changing, as well as routine building and grounds maintenance. Our full-time Activity Director is also on hand to coordinate our life-enrichment programs such as exercise classes, entertainment and trips to local destinations.
