Our studio and one-bedroom apartments are available in a selection of floor plans. All units offer luxury features such as full kitchens, walk-in closets, step-in showers, patios and in-suite climate control. For added safety and security, all apartments are equipped with emergency call systems that are monitored 24 hours a day.

Throughout our community, there are a number of deluxe amenities for residents to enjoy including reading lounges, card rooms, a resource library with computers and an ice cream parlor. Residents may also participate in one of our many scheduled activities and events.

At Clearwater Springs Assisted Living, our focus is on providing caring and compassionate assistance with activities of daily living such as grooming, showering and taking medications. Our staff meet with each resident and their family to discuss personal needs and preferences, creating a tailored service plan specifically for that individual.

We offer seniors a range of services to make everyday life easy and convenient from weekly housekeeping and linen changing to private bus transportation. In addition, three healthy, home-cooked meals are served each day in our dining room and a private dining area is available to celebrate special occasions with family and friends.
