At Clare Bridge of Spokane we focus our efforts on aiding our residents’ abilities rather than disabilities. We realize those suffering from 
Alzheimer’s or dementia are experiencing a complex and progressive disease process. We therefore provide, through our ISC (Innovative Senior Care) team, on-site, pro-active physical, occupational and speech therapies which complement the therapeutic services provided by our licensed nursing team.
Individuals working with memory loss residents must have compassion, understanding and creativity. Our staff are carefully selected and trained to understand and manage the unique challenges associated with dementia. Many of the same caregivers are with a resident throughout the day, giving them a sense of familiarity while they are helped with their daily needs.
We are one of 50 providers participating in the Specialized Dementia Care Program (SDCP) in the State of Washington, and we accepted SDCP approved payments.
In 2008 and 2009, our community was honored by ALFA (Assisted Living Federation of America) in receiving their distinguished award as Champions of Senior Living. In 2009, Clare Bridge of Spokane celebrated its 10-year anniversary of providing specialized dementia care services to Spokane and surrounding communities.
We are conveniently located near the VA Medical Center, Holy Family Hospital, Deaconess Hospital and Sacred Heart Hospital Medical Center.
