Nestled along the Sammamish River and Burke-Gilman Trail, Aegis of Redmond is a senior living retirement community. We are conveniently located just blocks from the Redmond Senior Center, King County Library, Redmond Town Center, Redmond City Hall and the Redmond Transit Center for Metro and Sound Transit.
Aegis of Redmond offers the following services: Assisted Living, Memory Care, Short-term and Vacation Stays, Post-hospital and Respite Stays, Day Stays, and Hospice Care.
Affordable luxury living, our private apartments start at $2100 per month, including: 24-hour care staff, engaging activities, three homemade meals daily plus snacks, weekly laundry service, daily housekeeping, complimentary transportation to doctor’s appointments on Mondays and Fridays, and nurse coverage by an RN or LPN up to 7 days per week. We provide assistance customized to each resident’s need, so that additional care costs accurately reflect the assistance given. For staff, we emphasize specialized training in aging sensitivity, 5-Star Service, mental health, dementia, first aid, CPR and more.
Available Services
Assisted Living: Our Assisted Living services offer all the choice and dignity of independent living, with a framework of support for any of the activities of daily living, such as medication management and assistance with dressing or bathing.
Memory Care, Life’s Neighborhood: Our nationally recognized memory care program, Life’s Neighborhood, was developed to create highly individualized,
familiar environments that minimize stress and increase enjoyment for people living with Alzheimer’s and other dementia. We feature a more intimate environment that lessens confusion and encourages comforting reminiscences. Additionally, we offer Companion Living, a leading edge program that specializes in proper roommate-pairing in combination with therapeutic activities. Historically, roommate-pairing was conducted by matching residents by their gender alone, without considering other variables. At Aegis of Redmond, we consider personality, interests, culture, eating and sleeping habits, as well as other factors, utilizing our specially designed pairing tool.
Short-term and Vacation Stays: Whether a vacation for the resident or you the caregiver, Short-term and Vacation Stays provide assistance with the activities of daily living (such as medication management and assistance with dressing or bathing), as well as engaging activities, homemade meals, daily housekeeping and weekly laundry. Additionally we provide a private, furnished apartment. The Short-term Stay can also offer a comfortable test-stay or transition into a longer term, month-to-month stay.
Post-hospital and Respite Stays: Similar to the Short-term and Vacation Stays, Post-hospital and Respite Stays allow your loved one to regain their strength following a hospital or skilled nursing stay.
Day Stays: Our Day Stay program features activities engagement, homemade meals and medication management in half-day (less than 4 hours) or whole day 
(up to 8 hours or more) increments. A great supplement to your own caregiving, the Day Stay can be arranged on a regular basis - for example, every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so that you can keep up your part-time job - or periodically, so you can get some extra rest or run errands.
Hospice Care: For those on hospice, we offer a supportive, comfortable stay with our Care Managers working in tandem with the hospice team. Similar to the Short-term and Vacation Stays.

1. Signed “Physician’s Report” including medication list
2. Complimentary assessment completed by an Aegis RN or LPN (Health Services Director or Wellness Nurse)
3. Necessary move-in paperwork completed for Aegis of Redmond by the family or resident
