We offer deluxe accommodations in a selection of studio and one-bedroom floor plans. All of our apartments come with plush carpeting, walk-in closets, individually-controlled heat and air conditioning and private bathrooms. 
Many apartments also come with private balconies or patios and kitchens or kitchenettes.
In addition to the many exciting attractions and amenities in and around Orem, our community offers a number of engaging community areas and activities for residents to enjoy. From checking email in our computer center to breaking a sweat in our fitness room to getting a cut and curl in our on-site beauty salon, there is never a dull moment at Golden Living Orem.
Available Services
The health and well-being of our residents is our top priority, which is why schedule regular wellness checks from local physicians that cover foot care, vision screenings, and hearing and 
blood pressure checks. Physical and massage therapy services can also be arranged for an additional fee.
For added convenience, we take care of all apartment maintenance, provide weekly housekeeping services, change the linens and do the laundry. Residents in our assisted living program receive care from staff who are on site 24 hours a day to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing and taking medications.
