Residents at Sterling House of Waxahachie enjoy private apartments in either one-bedroom or studio layouts, with every apartment featuring a private bathroom specially designed for the mobility impaired, kitchenette and emergency call system. Heating and air conditioning are individually controlled and all apartments have hookups for both phone and cable.

Common areas include a library, barber shop and pleasant gardens. A comfortable sunroom and family room provide great environments for entertaining visitors.

The dining room has no assigned seating or fixed menu and trained waiters serve high-quality food restaurant-style.
