At Sterling House of Lancaster, accommodations come in a choice of private studio or one-bedroom apartments equipped with kitchenettes and bathrooms specially designed for the mobility impaired. We even allow residents to bring along their small pets.

Residents enjoy restaurant-style dining with a full menu served by our trained wait staff, and there is no assigned seating. Our chefs will even cater for private parties, using the resident’s own recipes if requested.

Pleasant outdoor seating is available, and our sun room and family room provide a home-like environment for family visits. Parts of our garden are set aside so that residents can enjoy the pleasure of gardening.

Our services are designed to be flexible, with an individualized plan designed for each resident. Staff can assist with medication and personal needs as well as provide regular housekeeping and laundry service. We also arrange for programs and outings to suit every taste and level of activity.

For added safety and security trained staff monitor the needs of all residents and a full emergency response system is in place in each private residence.

A professional nurse is on call 24/7 to ensure that each resident’s medical needs are fully attended to.
