Our residents can choose to participate in an extensive list of activities each day, including educational forums, exercise classes and bean bag baseball. We are exceptionally proud of our “Seniors Serving Seniors” program, an award-winning volunteer program allowing residents to work with local food banks to collect donations, teach young children to read and more.

The monthly rent at Renaissance-Sherman pays for everything except the phone bill, even covering heating and air conditioning expenses. There are ample parking spots for both residents and guests, and we offer exercise equipment, a game room and a private dining room on site.

Available Services

Our unrivaled dining program incorporates world-class cuisine into a menu designed with residents’ dietary needs and preferences in mind. All dishes are made by our own chefs using wholesome, high-quality ingredients and served three times daily in our formal dining room.

While staying at our community, each resident has the opportunity to participate in our exclusive travel program. Through this program, seniors can visit nearly any of our over 300 retirement communities for up to seven nights at no additional charge. During the visit, residents will enjoy all the same service and amenities they enjoy at home while having the chance to meet new friends and experience new places.
