The Manor at Steeplechase, along with over 300 other communities nationwide, is owned and operated by Holiday Retirement. Since 1971, Holiday Retirement has been providing excellent retirement services and accommodations to seniors across the country.

Featured Amenities

As an all-inclusive program, our residents pay a single monthly fee to cover rent, utilities, parking, meals and even access to laundry facilities right on site. Residents have their choice of private apartments that come in a wide variety of floor plans and layouts to suit individual needs and tastes. We welcome cats and dogs, so residents are welcome to bring along their furry loved one.

At the Manor at Steeplechase, our dining program offers three healthy and delicious meals a day, all prepared by professional chefs. Dishes are served by trained wait staff in our restaurant-style dining room.

Available Services

Home maintenance is often a hassle, but not here at The Manor at Steeplechase. Our housekeeping staff handles all the cleaning, as well as the laundering of linens and towels. Seniors who are no longer able to drive, or simply do not wish to, can take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service for errands, appointments and activities.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.
