Accommodations at Pelican Pointe are provided in a selection of private and shared studio and one-bedroom floor plans. Each apartment comes outfitted with a private bath, kitchenette, individually controlled thermostat and emergency call system. All residences receive regular housekeeping and linen services, so accommodations always feel clean and fresh.

Available Services

When needing to run an errand or reach a personal appointment, residents need look no further than our complimentary scheduled transportation services. As a community that is staffed around the clock, residents have access to helpful and assistive services whenever they are needed. These services may include assistance with medication management, ambulation, dressing, personal hygiene and other activities of daily living.
