Centrally located in Prineville, Ochoco Village Assisted Living offers the highest level of assisted living services. Our community is situated near parks, shops and the local museum. Pioneer Memorial Hospital and many other medical facilities are located within a few blocks: Bend and Redmond offer further choices in the medical field. Ochoco Care Center, a Regency Pacific skilled nursing community, is adjacent to our facility.

Our grounds are ideal for enjoying a walk with friends or experiencing a beautiful sunny day. Ochoco Village apartments are available in studio and one bedroom suites, and they are equipped with individually controlled thermostats and an emergency call system that is monitored by our staff. We welcome pets, with a proper assessment.
Available Services
All apartments receive weekly housekeeping services and there is an on-site beauty salon/barber shop. 
Our community nurse is available during business hours and is on call when not on location. Occupational and physical therapists are available. The members of our dedicated staff are on-site twenty-four hours a day to provide specially tailored assistance based on the resident’s preferences and needs, such as daily help with medication management and dressing.
Community Activities
Daily and weekly events are scheduled by our activities director. Shopping, dining out and live entertainment are just a few of the events on the calendar. Games and exercise programs are a great way for residents to have fun and socialize with friends.
