Our studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are attractively designed for your comfort. All apartments feature private bathrooms, patios or balconies, emergency call systems and convenient kitchenettes. We also welcome cats and dogs to reside with us at Edgewood Downs.

Our professional chefs create three nutritious and appetizing meals from scratch each day, and our dining room features comfortable chairs, spacious surroundings and a cozy area by the fireplace. Should you want to entertain your family and friends, we have a private dining room you can reserve.

Available Services

While staying at our community, each resident has the opportunity to participate in our exclusive travel program. Through this program, seniors can visit nearly any of our over 300 retirement communities for up to seven nights at no additional charge. During the visit, residents will enjoy all the same service and amenities they enjoy at home while having the chance to meet new friends and experience new places.

Our friendly and efficient housekeeping staff take care of the dusting, vacuuming and linen services, which gives you more time to do what you enjoy. We also provide a shuttle service, free of charge, to take you to appointments or to run errands.
