Since first opening our doors in 1992, Courtyard at Mt. Tabor and its senior living campus have provided a warm and inviting community for Portland seniors. Residents of our community enjoy a selection of living accommodations that come in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Apartments come equipped with kitchens, individually controlled thermostats and patios or balconies. Small pets are always a welcome addition at The Plaza.

Daily meals are enjoyed at each resident’s leisure from 7am to 7pm every day. Between meals, The Plaza Station Bistro is a great spot to enjoy a sandwich, pastry or espresso. In the evening, residents are often found enjoying a cocktail with friends in our very own sports lounge, The Reservoir. Individuals who enjoy working with their hands can always find something fun to do in our arts and crafts room and resident garden.

Residents of our community have access to convenient scheduled transportation services for reaching appointments, running errands and shopping. All residences are provided with weekly housekeeping services, so seniors at our community have more time to enjoy themselves.

To assist in maintaining their health, we offer the services of our full-time Wellness Director who can provide consultation and assist in developing a program that supports each resident’s fitness and health goals.
