CountrySide Adult Care is a smaller community that focuses on building strong lasting relationships so that our residents are 
ensured strong health and happiness in our community. We are a privately owned family business, and our goal is to provide a quiet, comfortable and home-like environment where they feel safe, happy and respected as individuals.
Located in beautiful Eddyville Oregon, our property is part of a scenic rural community. Breathtaking views of mountains, forests and beautiful sunrises are available from our doorstep. Our extensive grounds include trees, a stream and views of the surrounding landscape.
Despite our rural location, we offer all the amenities needed to provide the utmost care and comfort to our residents. Our staff nurse assists residents in managing their basic health needs and also provides transportation to medical appointments.
All meals are provided, and we welcome residents to bring a friend or family member to dinner. We have a wide range of activities to be enjoyed by residents: movie night, sightseeing and shopping trips are just some of the things our residents enjoy daily. We encourage residents to make their interests known to us and to actively plan daily social activities. Our relatively small size allows for versatility and creativity in our daily schedule.
