We have designed The Fairways to feel as much like a private home as possible. We encourage residents to spend their time in our outdoor courtyard and gardens. Three delicious meals are served daily and we ensure that each meal meets any special dietary requirements.

To suit our residents’ diverse needs, we offer a choice of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each apartment comes complete with full kitchen, in-suite climate control and, for added safety and security, an emergency call system.

Available Services

In addition to our many amenities, we also offer a variety of services to ensure our residents receive the very best assisted living and memory care. Staff are available 24 hours a day to provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living such as taking medications, dressing and bathing.

For convenience, we also provide regular house cleaning and linen services to free up our residents’ time so they can enjoy one of our many fitness, social and educational outings and events.
