At Clare Bridge of Ithaca, we understand the importance of maintaining daily routines for seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia. That is why we create personal care plans for each resident centered around our Daily Moments of Success program. This program stresses mental memory exercises and physical activity to keep the mind and body strong. We know not all seniors need the same services, so we allow our residents to pick and choose only those they need.

Our primary goal is the care and safety of our residents. To achieve this, we have designed our building with safety features such as emergency pull-cords and circular hallways that prevent residents from getting lost. Our community is also handicap-accessible for easier mobility.

Our well-stocked library offers a selection of reading material including large-print books, periodicals and books on tape. Residents are free to take their reading selections to our enclosed, outdoor courtyard or gardens on a nice day, or sit next to the fireplace in our family room when the weather turns grey. We also have a beauty parlor and barber shop on-site, as well as a full-service dining room.

Available Services

At Clare Bridge of Ithaca, we offer personalized memory care services to all residents. Licensed nurses are on-call around the clock to monitor the health of our seniors. Our chef prepares three healthy and delicious meals each day for residents and snacks are always available.

Staff also provide laundry and cleaning services, continence management and medication support. We will also escort a resident throughout the facility if needed. Hygiene, bathing and clothing assistance are also provided.
