Here at Union Park we offer apartments in a variety of sizes and styles, and our mission is to provide exactly the level of service and assistance needed for each resident. Our community includes several congregating spaces including a community room, family room for sharing with visitors, well-stocked library, and an elegant dining room. Our outdoor areas can be used year round in fair weather and include a garden, courtyard, and walking paths.

The whole community is specially designed and built with our residents’ needs in mind and includes a state-of-the-art emergency response that is monitored around the clock, as well as a fire safety system.

Available Services

All our services are offered through the guidance our personalized service assessment and plan, in addition to three nutritious meals, snacks, laundry and housekeeping services. Also available are 24-hours a day is ambulation assistance, medication support, assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and continence assistance.

Life enrichment programs are ongoing and varied; programs and outings include cultural events as well as fitness and wellness programs.
