Our charming, home-like environment is welcoming to both residents and guests alike. Our residents enjoy intimate dining and family room settings that capture the beauty found in a private home.

Three times a day our trained chefs hand select the freshest produce, meats and seafood to prepare nutritious, home-style meals. Snack service is available throughout the day.

At Concord Place, we develop a personalized assistance plan in order to meet the changing needs of each and every individual. Our services include assistance with personal needs, such as bathing, grooming, hygiene and mobility issues. We also take care of housekeeping, laundry, continence management and taking medications. Residents facing the challenge of Alzheimer’s or dementia receive specially tailored services through our Clare Bridge memory care program.

In order to keep life engaging and vibrant, we organize and schedule social outings and events both within the facility and around town. Our recreation room hosts a variety of different events and our transportation services take residents to and from outside events.
