Carolina House of Lexington offers a variety of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments complete with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Housed in an intimate, one-story building, our community is easily navigated even by residents with limited mobility.

Residents enjoy our recreation and activity room with regularly planned activities and events, as well as a library and on-site beauty/barber shop. On warm, sunny days, our outdoor courtyard is beautifully shaded for relaxing and visiting, while our gardening areas provide for more active participation in the great outdoors.

We offer both a common dining room for daily dining and a private dining room for enjoying visits with family and friends. Our dining program offers three nutritious meals a day and snacks are always available.

Each of our residents has personal needs and preferences, and our attentive staff is trained to respond to each need individually and with compassion. We begin with a personalized assessment and then create a service plan to suit each resident’s needs, which may include assistance with personal needs, medication support, escort services, housekeeping and laundry.

We also offer specialized care for those with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our carefully trained staff work with families to provide the highest level of attention and care in a safe, secure environment.
