Clare Bridge of Saginaw is a caring senior community dedicated to serving the special care needs of individuals experiencing memory loss. We understand that not all Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory care services are the same. That’s why with everything we do, from our specialized Daily Moments of Success programming to our building design, we focus on the individual needs of each resident and family. Clare Bridge of Saginaw offers a quiet, comfortable and secure setting that was designed to assist those who have experienced memory loss to better navigate. Our private and shared suites, which come either furnished or unfurnished, are bright, roomy and spacious. For a special touch of home, we encourage residents to bring along their small, beloved pets.

Community interiors are designed to re-create environments people have enjoyed throughout their lives, and our living areas are ideal for the many daily social and stimulating activities we offer residents. Outdoor, enclosed walking areas give residents the opportunity to safely explore their surroundings, enjoy the courtyard with companions or help tend the garden.

Available Services

The Clare Bridge Daily Path provides a gentle daily structure that targets the specific needs of those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss. Our specially trained staff provide mental stimulation, reminiscing time, physical exercise and group activities that provide meaning and purpose to residents’ lives.

Staff are on site 24 hours a day to provide assistive services such as dressing, grooming, dining and ambulation. We also offer a dining program designed to help those with Alzheimer’s and impaired memory successfully master and enjoy their dining experiences.
