Our 117 bright, beautifully designed apartments come in a varied selection of floor plans. Select one that’s best for you and furnish it as you like. Our all-inclusive plan includes three meals a day prepared by talented chefs. Made from scratch, these delicious and nutritious meals feature a wide variety of choices. Each meal is served restaurant-style by our friendly staff in a handsome, high-ceiling dining room. You can also reserve a private dining room for gatherings with friends and family.

Life is full and rewarding at Riverheights Terrace. You’ll have a wide choice of scheduled social and recreational activities planned daily by our full-time Activity Director. We are also home to a billiards lounge, game room and fitness center, and small pets are welcome to join you at our community.

Available Services

Our dedicated live-in managers are available around the clock to provide unparalleled service and support. Among the services we provide are a monitored emergency call system in every apartment and complimentary parking. We also have a shuttle service to take you to appointments, errands and off-site destinations for planned community activities.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.
