Our accommodations are available in a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans to suite a variety of lifestyle needs. All apartments feature full baths, handy kitchenettes, wall-to-wall carpeting, in-suite climate control and an emergency call system for added peace of mind.

We provide a variety of activities to keep you as active as you desire. Seniors Serving Seniors is our award-winning program that offers volunteer opportunities to help with children’s literacy, homeless shelters and food banks. Common activities at our community include daily exercise classes, beanbag baseball, stitching class and Wii bowling tournaments.

Available Services

We provide many complimentary services to our residents, freeing them to pursue leisure activities. Utilities such as air conditioning, heating and cable TV are included in the monthly rent. Housekeeping services and fresh linen are also provided each week, while our chefs serve three delicious, well-balanced meals each day in our restaurant-style dining room.

At Devonshire Estates, we understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.
