Sunrise of Louisville, located in Louisville’s scenic East End just a few miles from the banks of the Ohio River, provides first-class personal care services and cutting-edge memory care. We are the only “Designated Care Manager” program in Louisville, where every resident receives assistance and medication administration provided by the same team member each shift. We also offer individualized care in our secured Reminiscence Neighborhood, designed for seniors with mild or more advanced Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss.
