The Clare Bridge Daily Path provides a gentle structure to each day that targets specific needs of those with Alzheimer’s and various types and levels of dementia. Physical exercise includes walking programs and dancing. Individual or group activities provide a sense of purpose, meaning, and belonging. Residents participate in daily mental discussions, brain stimulating games, and reminiscing.

We offer a dining program designed to help those with Alzheimer’s and impaired memory successfully master and enjoy their dining experiences. This includes dementia-friendly menus, individualized dining assistance, consistent seating arrangements and supportive environment.
