To ensure that all of our residents are living in the apartment that is perfect for them, we offer a variety of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Each accommodation comes outfitted with a kitchenette, private bath, individually controlled thermostat and emergency call system.

At Parkside Court we offer a wide variety of activities and events as part of our overall wellness plan for our residents. Whether playing bean bag baseball, attending an educational lecture or even playing a fun game of Wii^® bowling, our residents never lack for something interesting and enjoyable to do.

Available Services

Instead of having to deal with the hassle of household chores, we provide our our residents complimentary dusting, vacuuming and laundry service for towels and linens. For guests who are more comfortable washing their own items, we also provide a private laundry facility for them to use.

While staying at our community, each resident has the opportunity to participate in our exclusive travel program. Through this program, seniors can visit nearly any of our over 300 retirement communities for up to seven nights at no additional charge. During the visit, residents will enjoy all the same service and amenities they enjoy at home while having the chance to meet new friends and experience new places.
