Nestled on 22 acres in a serene suburb just outside of Chicago, Peace Village is a not-for-profit retirement community that provides independent and assisted living accommodations and services to seniors. Located in the beautiful Palos Park area, we are just a stone’s throw away from the vibrant community of Orland Park.

Our community was built in 1988 under the watchful eye of Peace Memorial Ministries, which promotes and supports the mission of the Peace Memorial Church. With strong ties to our faith-based roots, the staff at Peace Village are dedicated to creating a life experience for residents that is of the highest quality.

Featured Amenities

Our five-building campus is home to 65 assisted living residences and 240 independent living apartments. Apartments are available in one- and two-bedroom floor plans and feature full kitchens, walk-in closets, in-suite climate control and a 24-hour emergency call system.

Seniors can stay active and engaged through our robust activities program. We schedule a full calendar of daily events ranging from movie nights to happy hour to organized trips to local attractions. Between activities, residents can enjoy dining at one of our two on-site restaurants.

Available Services

Residents at Peace Village enjoy access to garage parking, a fitness center with personal training services, comprehensive physical and occupational therapy, and on-site banking, pharmacy and beauty services. A range of housekeeping and personal laundry services are also provided.

Seniors residing at The Circle Inn, our assisted living center, receive 24-hour professional assistance with life’s daily chores. This includes three meals per day in our Menker Dining Room, medication reminders, home maintenance services, scheduled transportation to local destinations and regular wellness checks.
