Seniors looking to stay fit have the use of our community exercise room and its equipment, as well as the opportunity to participate in regularly scheduled fitness programs.

Here at Regency Columbia Village, we have 56 gracious accommodations in a selection of floor plans. No matter the unit size, each apartment comes equipped with private baths, emergency call systems and individually controlled thermostats. Laundry facilities are conveniently located for easy access.

All residences are provided with regular housekeeping, trash removal and linen services. When needed, residents can receive both salon and barber services right on site. For reaching personal appointments, our seniors have the use of our scheduled transportation program.
