Nestled in Idaho’s beautiful Magic Valley, Heritage – Twin Falls was the first senior living community in the state to focus on providing caring and compassionate assisted living and memory care to seniors. Heritage – Twin Falls is a part of Heritage Assisted Living, Inc. Founded in 1968 by Harold and Nelma Drake, Heritage Assisted Living communities have been family-owned and operated for the past four decades.

Featured Amenities

Residents of our community enjoy their own private rooms which feature in-suite bathrooms and an emergency call system for added safety and security. Housekeeping, linen changing and all utilities except telephone and cable television are included in the monthly rent. Pets are also welcome to join their owners at our community.

Our Activities Coordinator plans a full calendar of fun events and activities for the enjoyment of residents. From exciting local field trips to ice cream socials to exercise classes, there is always something fun to do at our community.

Available Services

At Heritage – Twin Falls, full-time nursing staff and 24-hour Resident Assistants are available to offer an extra helping hand with life’s daily activities. Our care services include assistance with day-to-day chores such as dressing, attending to personal hygiene and managing multiple medications.

In addition to providing supportive assisted living services and specialized memory care to seniors with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other types of memory loss, our community is also able to provide short-term stays and coordinate hospice care as necessary.
