Sterling House of Palm Coast is an assisted living community that focuses on providing the help our residents need, while still allowing them to keep the independence they want. Our beautiful community is located on the edge of the Palm Harbor Golf Course only a short drive from miles of sandy beaches, the attractions of Daytona Beach and the big-city amenities of Jacksonville.

Featured Amenities

Residents choose between private and companion suites in studio and one-bedroom floor plans. All apartments have kitchenettes and private bathrooms as well as basic cable included in the monthly rent. Small pets are also a welcome addition to our community.

In our intimate setting, residents have access to our on-site beauty and barber shop as well as an attractive sun room and family room, suitable for visits and relaxation. Our pleasant grounds include a warm courtyard, walking paths and areas where residents can enjoy gardening.

Available Services

At Sterling House of Palm Coast, we believe in personal and individualized services. As such, our residents can do some or all of their own laundry or allow housekeeping to take care of it. Assistance for personal needs is offered only when, and if, it is needed or requested, and our staff will also run errands, help with shopping and even assist with pet care. Trained nurses are on-call 24/7 to supervise medical care.

Three meals a day are provided in our restaurant-style dining room. Our dining room has no assigned seating and offers extended hours as well as a varied menu prepared by our chefs from high-quality ingredients. Our chefs will also cater parties and dinners for residents using their own recipes if requested.
