Freedom Square proudly offers multiple levels of care for all seniors. We provide independent living, personalized assisted living, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and skilled nursing. Apartments in our community range from studio-size accommodations to both one-bedroom and larger two-bedroom apartments. Accommodations come with kitchens or kitchenettes and many feature balconies.

For the enjoyment of our residents we offer an indoor swimming pool, outdoor shuffleboard, beauty salon and barber shop, among other amenities. Great shopping and pristine Florida beaches are also within walking distance.

Our community offers three delicious, restaurant-style meals a day, allowing residents to select from a variety of options on their menu and sit where they choose. We also offer different daily activities, including craft classes, cultural and educational opportunities, and different outings.

Available Services

Freedom Square makes a number of complimentary services available for residents, such as on-site banking, and routine services include housekeeping and linen changing as well as apartment maintenance. Staff are on site 24/7 to provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as medication management, dressing or personal hygiene.

Freedom Square is ready and able to accommodate the needs of those who have dementia or Alzheimer’s, with skilled staff members always available to help to make day-to-day life easier. We also offer skilled nursing services which can take care of any serious conditions and aid in recovery.
