Residents here at Parkwood Estates choose from studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, many of which include a patio. Ten different floor plans can be tastefully furnished with modern fixtures to suit your personal style and taste, and you are welcome to bring along your small pet.

Other amenities include a dining room, game room with billiards lounge, a TV/media room outfitted with Nintendo Wii^® and a fitness room with exercise equipment. Residents are provided with the opportunity to help individuals in the surrounding community through our award-winning Seniors Serving Seniors and Seniors Serving Society programs. Volunteers may help children learn to read, work with the homeless or even help out with local food banks.

Available Services

Here at Parkwood Estates, we understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.

Our dedicated community managers live right on site at our community to help you feel at home and are always available when you need help or advice. You can rest easy knowing that a friendly face is there for you when you need it, day or night.
