Parkplace residents select from a variety of floor plans for our one- and two-bedroom apartment suites. Elegantly designed with real wood trim, plush wall-to-wall carpet and sheer draperies, they include balconies, step-in showers and individually-controlled heating. All independent living apartments include fully equipped kitchen.

We are keenly focused on the details that make life special, including a country store and café for last minute items or an afternoon snack, personal on-site banking and a full-service beauty/barber shop. Residents love to soak in the panoramic view of the Denver skyline on the18th floor Skyline Room, gather with friends and raise a glass in our pub, or take a dip in the community pool and spa.

At Parkplace we partner with our residents to create a personalized plan for their specific needs, reviewing regularly to meet their changing circumstances. Our professional, caring staff is available around-the-clock to assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and mobility.

The Clare Bridge Program for Alzheimer’s and dementia care provides stimulation, stability, structure and security— all in a soothing environment that preserves the warmth, dignity, comforts, and feeling of home.
