The facility was very good when we moved my parents in but has been going steadily downhill. A number of their friends have moved out. Housekeeping is terrible and the carpet has not been cleaned in over two years, their rooms are incredibly dusty, the sinks are dirty, as are the bathrooms, and the food is so bad that my jeweler in Westwood commented on it when I told her where my parents were living. She'd heard complaints from her customers. Residents have been ordering take-out food from the neighboring restaurants. The desk personnel are very personable.

This community is very friendly with a lot of activities for the residents and outings to choose from. They have a lot of great parties and everyone is pretty independent there, which some people like and some people don't. Additionally, they have several different sizes of apartments to choose from to suit your needs, which I really like.
