Our lovely accommodations are available in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom models. Each apartment has a kitchenette, but residents may prefer dining on three nutritious meals a day in our elegant, restaurant-style dining room. We are proud to be considered a “pet-friendly” community and look forward to meeting your four-legged pal.

Available Services

At Vineyard Commons, we want you to feel not only at home, but safe. That is why our live-in managers are available to you any time, day or night, to answer any questions or concerns that you might have. If you need a ride into town, our shuttle service is happy to drive you to the destination of your choice.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.
