Residents have their choice of spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments that come in a variety of sizes floor plans. All of our private homes feature convenient kitchenettes, in-suite climate controls and an emergency call system for added peace of mind. Some apartments also come with walk-in closets or patios.

To ensure our residents stay active and engaged with our community, our full-time Activity Director schedules a robust calendar of daily events. Our activity programs challenge all dimensions of wellness, including the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, creative and vocational. Our award-winning volunteer program supports residents in their passions to help others through charity work.

Available Services

Our community managers live on site to take care of operations and assist our residents 24 hours a day. They are part of The Springs of El Cajon community, dining and participating in activities with our residents, just as family members do.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.
