Our residents may select from a variety of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments complete with kitchenette, private bathroom and emergency call system. Lease terms are flexible to meet our residents’ needs and include cable television and most utilities, except for phone service.

Our fitness room, TV and media room, billiards lounge and games room are bright and comfortable, and are the perfect places for our residents to keep active and social. Our beautifully landscaped grounds are a convenient way to enjoy the seasons of Northern California.

Available Services

Live-in managers are part of The Oaks of Auburn family. In addition to taking care of the daily needs of our community 24 hours every day, managers are neighbors and dine with our residents and participate in community activities.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.
