There are a number of different floor plans available to our residents at The Oakmont. Complete with kitchenette, residents may make their apartments their own with their furniture and beloved pets. Leases are flexible to meet the needs of our residents and include cable television and most utilities in the monthly rent.

As a family of friends and neighbors, our community areas act as meeting places to socialize and play. There’s the billiards lounge and games room, TV and media room, and fitness room. Our restaurant-style dining room features a wait staff and we even have a private dining room that may be reserved for special occasions.

Available Services

At the Oakmont, we strive to fulfill the needs of our residents. Free laundry facilities are conveniently located throughout the property but for residents who prefer, weekly linen and housekeeping services are available. Our complimentary shuttle service offers a safe and convenient solution for our residents’ transportation needs.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.
