Our full-service senior apartment community of Summerhill Villa is designed to provide comfort and satisfaction for independent living, assisted living and Alzheimer’s or memory care residents. Accommodations are available in studio, one- and
two-bedroom apartments. All units include designer-selected drapes, individually controlled thermostat, plush wall-to-wall carpeting and emergency call systems. Movies and shows are viewed in our comfortable home theatre room, and our library is stocked with a wide range of reading material. Our fitness center provides a variety of ways for residents to stay in shape. Daily meals are prepared by our on-site chef, and are enjoyed in our elegant, restaurant-style dining room. Pleasant weather can be enjoyed at one of our many outdoor seating areas, and pets are welcome.

Weekly housekeeping and linen services are provided
for all residences. As the needs of an individual changes, so do the services we provide, such as assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, ambulation and other daily tasks. Residents with Alzheimer’s or other memory impairments are assisted by staff members who have received specific training for working with individuals in need of memory care. In addition to regularly planned scenic excursions, our professional drivers provided scheduled transportation for personal errands, appointments and shopping.
