Our accommodations closely resemble those at a vacation resort, featuring 497 apartments in a selection of floor plans. Residents in our assisted living program have their choice of studio, one- and two-bedroom units that come with kitchenettes, emergency call systems and in-suite climate control.

Independent living residents may select from traditional one- and two-bedroom units, one-bedroom apartments with den and even Penthouse suites. These units include full kitchens, washer/dryer units, private sun porches and reserved garage parking.

All residents may enjoy our many deluxe amenities including a billiards lounge, art studio, hobby shop, 212-seat performing arts theater, 18-hole putting course, tennis court and wellness center that features an Olympic-sized pool, hot tub and exercise equipment.

Available Services

Life at Paradise Village is meant for living, which is why we gladly take care of the little things. All private residences receive weekly housekeeping and transportation service is available to shopping centers, medical appointments and other local destinations. Our concierge service is also available to handle any chore or errand.

Residents in our assisted living program also benefit from professional caregiving staff available 24 hours a day to provide private, in-home assistance. A licensed nurse is also on-site during business hours and available on-call at night. In addition, assisted living residents enjoy three delicious meals served daily in our dining room.
