Chancellor Place at Murrieta provides exceptional accommodations and services for independent living and assisted living. We take the time to get to know our residents and understand their life stories. We take these into account in order to create a personal service plan for each resident in order to provide the best care and services possible. Our community has a twenty-four hour staff that is available to provide assistance or help at any time.

Our library is well stocked with reading material for residents to choose from, and is also a great place to enjoy the daily paper over a cup of coffee. Our gardening areas come with raised beds that provide our residents with green thumbs a place to enjoy one of their favorite pastimes.

The walking paths and nature trails are great places to exercise and enjoy the outdoors. Our billiards room provides room to play cards or a game of pool with neighbors. We offer accommodations in studio apartment and one-bedroom options.

Each apartment comes with an individually controlled thermostat, kitchenette and emergency call system. Small pets are welcome.

Available Services

Freshly prepared meals are served daily in our full-service dining room. A private dining room is available for special events or visiting family and friends. Our dedicated concierge provides solutions for requests or for needs that may arise.

Scheduled transportation is available to take residents to off-site entertainment, shopping, dining and appointments. Our daily programs include social activities, educational events and outings. Assistance with dressing, personal hygiene and other daily tasks is provided as needed.
