As a resident of Carriage House Estates, you’ll select from multiple floor plans and styles of studio, one- and two-bedroom private apartments. Each apartment suite includes private bathroom, convenient kitchenette, emergency call system and plenty of closet space. Your four-legged friend is welcome to join you in your new home. In addition to our apartments, Carriage House Estates also offers cottage homes, each equipped with full kitchens, a washer and dryer, and many with private garages.

Our comfortable community offers something for everyone, where you’ll enjoy the camaraderie of friendship in the game room, socializing in the lounge or sharing a meal with friends in the dining room. Or if you prefer some solitude, step outside for a peaceful garden stroll or favorite book in a quiet reading nook.

Available Services

While staying at our community, each resident has the opportunity to participate in our exclusive travel program. Through this program, seniors can visit nearly any of our over 300 retirement communities for up to seven nights at no additional charge. During the visit, residents will enjoy all the same service and amenities they enjoy at home while having the chance to meet new friends and experience new places.

We offer a thoughtfully planned calendar of activities that will keep you entertained and engaged, both on site in our community, as well as group events around town.
